الشروط و الأحكام
· وصف الخدمة:
تقوم مجموعة الراجحي للتنمية الاستثمار بالعميل كوسيط لتزويد عملائنا من المستأجرين في عقارتنا بخدمة الانترنت و بأسعار مدعومة للارتقاء بمستوى الخدمة المقدم لهم. مع الاخذ في الاعتبار اننا لسنا شركة اتصالات او مزود انترنت رئيسي و إنما نعمل فقط لتوزيع الخدمة و إدارتها بعد التعاقد مع شركات الاتصالات و الشركات المتخصصة.
· و يمكن توضيح و التزاماتنا و طريقة عمل الخدمة حسب التالي:
– المدفوعات : كل باقات الخدمة المقدمة ، هي باقات مسبقة الدفع ، و تتم المدفوعات عن طريق الخدمات الالكترونية و من خلال رابط سداد خاص يتم ارساله للعميل .
– التركيب : عاده ما يتم التركيب خلال مده اقاصها ثلاث ايام عمل و ذلك بعد تأكيد السداد من قبل العميل للباقة التي قام باختيارها. حيث نقوم بعمل تمديدات خاصة لكل عميل مع جهاز راوتر خاص به و يعمل بمعزل و بجدار حماية خاص يحافظ على امن و بيانات العميل.
– حدود الاستخدام : تقدم الخدمة بتحميل و تنزيل مفتوح و غير محدود.
– جودة الخدمة و الدعم الفني : نقوم بتقديم افضل سرعة ممكنة للعميل ، بحسب السرعات التي تصلنا من شركة الاتصالات و تقديم الصيانة اللازمة لإصلاح أي اعطال في اسرع وقت ممكن بعد حدوث العطل.
· التزامات العميل :
– يقر العميل بضرورة الالتزام بالقوانين و التشريعات في المملكة العربية السعودية بخصوص امن وسلامة المعلومات و عدم استخدام الخدمة في لأي استخدامات عدوانية او غير قانونية.
– يمنع على العميل مشاركة الخدمة المقدمة مع أي وحدة سكنية أخرى او جاره باستخدام الكابلات.
– يلتزم العميل بإتمام مدة اشتراكه و لا يحق له المطالبة بالإلغاء او المطالبة بأي مبالغ مدفوعة في حالة عدم رغبته في عدم الاستمرار في الوحدة السكنية التي يقيم بها أو أي سبب اخر.
من خلال سداد هذه الفاتورة فإن هذا يعد إقرار بالموافقة على شروط الخدمة.

Service Description:
Al Rajhi Development Group invests in the client as an intermediary to provide our tenant clients in our properties with internet service at subsidized prices to improve the level of service provided to them. Taking into account that we are not a telecommunications company or a major Internet provider, we only work to distribute and manage the service after contracting with telecommunications companies and specialized companies.
· Our obligations and the way the service works can be clarified as follows:
– Payments: All service packages provided are prepaid packages, and payments are made through electronic services and through a special payment link that is sent to the customer
– . Installation: Installation is usually done within a maximum period of three working days, after confirming payment by the customer for the package he has chosen. Where we make special extensions for each customer with his own router and works separately and with a special firewall that maintains the security and data of the customer
– . Usage Limits: The service is provided with unlimited upload and downloads.
– Quality of service and technical support: We provide the best possible speed to the customer, according to the speeds we receive from the telecommunications company and provide the necessary maintenance to fix any malfunctions as soon as possible after the malfunction
· Customer Obligations
– The customer acknowledges the need to comply with the laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding the security and safety of information usage and not to use the service for any aggressive or illegal uses.
– The customer is prohibited from sharing the service provided with any other housing unit or his neighbor using cables
– . The customer is obligated to complete his subscription period and is not entitled to claim cancellation or claim any amounts paid if he does not want to continue in the housing unit in which he resides or for any other reason.
By paying this invoice, this means you agree and accept the terms and conditions of this Service.
